MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
What we give back matters.
Mentors of color can often be far and few between. Representation matters, and it can be tough to envision yourself in a place where you haven’t seen or heard from anyone who resembles you. Creating seats at the table isn’t enough for us—we want the structure and everything inside of it. Building community through advocacy is a passion here at Break The Fourth Wall, and we are here to help. Whether that is guiding you to make your own decisions regarding the pursuit of your career or navigating hard situations at work, we want to use our powers and expertise for good. We are here to help you grow as a young professional, and to eventually see you become an advocate for yourself. This mentorship program was designed for young women of color, by a young woman of color, who feel that they need some direction in their career.
