Founded in 2025, Break The Fourth Wall is a small conglomerate company aimed to inspire people to be the best versions of themselves, no matter the obstacles society has set for them. Focused on creating impact and integrity within the entertainment industry, we have knowledge across almost all aspects, whether it includes traditional theatre, concert touring, nightlife experiences, venue management or sports management—the list goes on. BTFW aims to promote inclusivity through storytelling of those behind the screen by empowering underprivileged communities through giving back and doing the work.

Our Black Woman Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Lyric Hamilton, comes from a wide range of industry experience. She began in traditional theatre, but branched off and went against the grain early on in her career, gaining extremely diverse expertise across many disciples. Being well-rounded was important, and she quickly understood that there would be challenges from those who didn’t agree with her path. “Breaking the fourth wall” means just that--we want to challenge everyone to think outside of the box and go against what society expects of them. Mirrored by our founders career, BTFW would not exist as it stands if risks weren’t taken, and a little good trouble wasn’t created. Our purpose is to inspire with integrity and grit—so let’s work together behind the fourth wall to create an experience that no one will forget.

BTFW is intended to enhance all pillars of the entertainment industry through a multitude of services, beginning with Independent Consulting, Professional Speaking and Mentorship.

  • Through our Consultation services, we are the Entertainment Fixers, assisting in any problems that may arise, whether it is on or off stage.

  • Through our Speaking services, we are Professional Wordsmiths who educate the public about the entertainment industry and all the opportunities that are available.

  • Through our Mentorship services, we serve as Advocates for young women of color who are seeking direction within this tough industry.
